Shipping policy

UNITED STATES 

We ship to the contiguous United States, as well as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO, and PO Box addresses. Please note that orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. locations may require additional transit time.

Tracking notifications will be sent once your order is processed, not when it ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receipt. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to arrive.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that transit times do not include processing time.

Time In Transit (excluding holidays and weekend):

- Standard: 3-5 Business Days*

- 2 Day: 2 Business Days, by end of day*

- Overnight: 1 Business Days, by end of day*

*Please allow additional transit time for APO, PO Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska addresses.

*Please note that transit time estimates do not include processing time. Transit time begins once the package is handed over to the carrier.

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

TRAUM Fragrances, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, the shipping and delivery process is no longer under our control. For issues such as missing packages, stolen deliveries, holding a package for pickup, or changing the delivery address, please contact the courier directly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from an unsafe location. To avoid issues, consider using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the delivery, such as a workplace or a trusted relative’s home.

If your package seems to stop moving, rest assured it is still in transit and may be awaiting a scan at the next distribution center. Occasionally, weather or other events may cause delays, but your tracking page will provide the most up-to-date shipping information.
